INVI Pink Heart Tee

At INVI, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before they enter the packing or dispatch process.
• Once an order has been packed, shipped, handed over to our courier partner, or marked as dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
• Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by the INVI support team.
• Once dispatched, customers are requested to accept delivery and initiate a return if eligible under this policy.
• Applicable shipping, COD, or handling charges may be deducted where legally permitted.

2. Returns

• Return requests must be raised within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, body odour, makeup marks, damage, alterations, or removed tags will not be accepted for standard returns.
• A ₹250 return handling fee per approved return request will be deducted from the eligible return amount.
• Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable for standard returns.
• INVI does not provide refunds to the original payment method for eligible change-of-mind returns.
• The eligible amount, after applicable deductions, will be issued as an INVI Gift Card.
• Gift Cards will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.
• Returns that fail quality inspection will be rejected.

3. Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
• One free size exchange per eligible order is permitted, subject to stock availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, customers may be offered an alternative eligible product or an INVI Gift Card.
• If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference before dispatch.
• If the replacement product is of lower value, the balance will be issued as an INVI Gift Card.
• Exchange products will be dispatched only after the original product has been received and successfully passed quality inspection.
• Once an exchange has been completed, the exchanged product cannot be returned or exchanged again under the standard return and exchange policy.

4. INVI Gift Card Policy

• INVI Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Gift Cards will be sent to the email address registered with the order.
• Products purchased using an INVI Gift Card, whether fully or partially paid through the Gift Card, are considered Final Sale.
• Such purchases are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or additional store credit for any reason, except where a remedy is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
• Once a Gift Card has been redeemed, the purchase is final under INVI's standard return and exchange policy.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Products

• Customers are requested to report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products within 24 hours of delivery.
• A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is strongly recommended for verification.
• INVI may request photographs or additional evidence to investigate the claim.
• Claims will be reviewed based on the available evidence and order details.
• Verified issues attributable to INVI will be resolved without standard return or exchange handling charges, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
• Customers are requested not to accept parcels with visibly tampered or severely damaged packaging and to report such issues immediately.

6. Reverse Pickup Policy

• INVI will initiate one reverse pickup request for an approved return or exchange, wherever pickup service is available.
• Customers must keep the parcel properly packed, with original tags and packaging, and ready for collection.
• Customers must remain available and respond to communication from the courier partner.
• If pickup fails due to customer unavailability, refusal, incorrect address, non-response, or failure to hand over the parcel, INVI will not be obligated to initiate repeated pickup requests for standard returns or exchanges.
• If the parcel is not collected within 5 calendar days of initiating reverse pickup due to customer-related reasons, the return or exchange request may be closed.
• Requests for repeated pickup attempts or extensions beyond the specified period may be declined.
• Courier-related pickup failures will be reviewed separately, and an appropriate alternative may be arranged.

7. Areas Without Reverse Pickup Service

• If reverse pickup is unavailable at the customer's PIN code, INVI may offer a self-shipping option.
• Customers must obtain approval and the correct return address from INVI before sending the parcel.
• Products must be securely packed and shipped through a reliable, trackable courier service.
• Shipping charges and any applicable reimbursement will be communicated by INVI before the return is approved.
• For verified defective or incorrect products attributable to INVI, reasonable approved return shipping costs will be covered by INVI.

8. Sale & Promotional Orders

Products purchased under the following offers may be designated as Final Sale:

• Clearance sales
• Special promotional offers
• Combo and bundle offers
• Selected discount campaigns
• Products specifically marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable

Products clearly marked as Final Sale before purchase are not eligible for standard returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Using a general discount code does not automatically make an order Final Sale unless this condition is clearly disclosed before purchase.

Final Sale restrictions do not affect remedies required under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Refused Deliveries & Return to Origin (RTO)

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details and remain available for delivery.
• Orders refused at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be classified as Return to Origin (RTO).
• Applicable shipping, COD, and return logistics charges may be deducted where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase.
• Repeated COD refusals or delivery failures may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
• RTO orders do not automatically qualify for standard returns or exchanges.

10. General Terms & Customer Support

• All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection and approval.
• Returns and exchanges must be initiated through INVI's official support channel or designated return portal.
• INVI reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the policy conditions.
• For assistance, please contact our support team through the official INVI website with your order details.
• By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
