Returns

* Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
* Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact.
* A ₹150 return handling fee will be applicable.
* Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
* Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.
* For missing or incorrect items, an unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim.
* International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
* If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, the item must be self-shipped. We recommend India Post – Speed Post. Courier reimbursement will be provided up to ₹300.
* Please do not accept packages that appear tampered with or damaged.

Exchanges

* A ₹150 exchange fee will be applicable.
* Size exchanges are subject to availability.
* If the exchanged item is of a lower value, the balance amount will be issued as a gift voucher.
* Only one exchange is allowed per order.
